TALKING ABOUT SELF-ASSESSMENT

What kind of things do you feel most self-assured in doing?
Could you recount an obstacle you have had to overcome? Outline how you handled it. Could you describe to me how you feel this experience affected your personality or ability?
How would others give a description of you as a person, in three words? How would you paint a word picture of yourself (as a person)?
In your opinion, what are the most significant characteristics and abilities a person must possess to become a successful ….. (job/role)? How do you evaluate yourself in these areas?
What do you regard as your greatest achievements thus far? Give reasons why.
